Mario B. "Ben" Ginnetti is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed to practice engineering in Virginia.  He is also a CAI Certified Reserve Specialist (RS) and a Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA) with 50+ years of facility engineering and community association work and has completed more than 3,000 successful studies.

Ronald P Kirby Jr. (RS) has 40+ years of facility engineering experience specializing in project development, bid solicitation, and construction management of repair and replacement projects for condominium and homeowner associations.  He has completed over 850 reserves studies for some of the largest associations in the greater Washington DC area.

Stacey O'Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Colorado.  Mr. O'Bryan has extensive executive experience in the development, construction, and maintenance of over $500,000,000 worth of commercial property.  He is the President of PM Plus Reserves of Florida.
